1. Appointments & Walk-Ins
• We recommend booking appointments in advance to secure your preferred date and time.
• Walk-ins are welcome and will be accommodated based on availability.
• A deposit may be required for group bookings or special events.
2. Cancellations & No-Shows
• If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice.
3. Late Arrivals
• If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled or modified to fit the remaining time available.
4. Service Guarantee & Refund Policy
• Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy with your service, please inform us before leaving the salon, and we will do our best to correct the issue.
• We offer complimentary repairs for chipping, lifting, or breakage within 3 days of your service. After this period, standard service fees apply.
• No refunds are provided for completed services. However, if an issue arises due to a fault in our work, we will make reasonable efforts to resolve it.
5. Health & Safety
• We follow strict sanitation and hygiene protocols to ensure a safe environment for our clients and staff.
• If you have fungal infections, open wounds, or contagious conditions, we may refuse service to protect the health of others.
• Please inform our staff if you have allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions that may affect your service.
6. Children & Guests
• For safety reasons and to maintain a relaxing environment, we ask that young children be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Guests who are not receiving services are welcome but must remain seated in designated waiting areas.
7. Payments & Pricing
• We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and digital payments (such as Apple Pay or Venmo, if applicable).
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• While tips are always appreciated, cash tips are preferred to directly benefit our dedicated team members.
8. Gift Cards & Promotions
• Gift cards are available for purchase and can be used toward any service.
• Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
• Promotional discounts and offers cannot be combined unless stated otherwise.
9. Personal Belongings
• RuBy Nails & Spa is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal items. Please keep valuables with you at all times.
10. Right to Refuse Service
• We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who is rude, disrespectful, disruptive, or exhibits inappropriate behavior toward staff or other clients.
